Pole Dancing is a new form of art / dance / exercise done on a vertical pole.
In recent years, celebrities such as Madonna, Angelina Jolie, Kate Moss, come to enjoy pole dancing. It is now a recognised form of exercise and performing art adopted by many people. These days, Pole Dance show can be seen at many parties and club events.
You may think it is hard to learn, but it is not as difficult as it seems. About 70% of our students had never been involved in any kind of dance / sports before, but they really enjoy learning the tricks and the graceful movements. Pole dance is a truly fun, healthy, and gorgeous dance. Unlike many of the other dance, it has innumerable potential; you can choose any kind of music and choreography. It doesn’t matter whether you have confidence with strength or not, because you can rely on the pole to move your body. You will find yourself doing acrobatic tricks easily.
So why don’t you start pole dancing and find a new way to express yourself?
